Successful implementation as a contracting model in Spain
Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG is the world’s leading manufacturer of natural ingredients for the foodpro cessing and beverage industries and is well-known through, amongst other things, the Capri-Sonne fruit juice. Wild Valencia S.A. based in the Spanish town of Carcaixent is a subsidiary of this group of companies. The local plant produces mainly fruit juice and sweetening concentrates as well as natural colours and aroma extracts. In accordance with the sustainable corporate philosophy and on account of production expansions, it was necessary to expand the existing wastewater pretreatment plant. For this purpose, Remondis Aqua GmbH & Co. KG extended the existing wastewater treatment plant and is responsible for its operational management within the scope of a longterm contracting agreement.
